Subject	Need some repair advice

Message	I had some repair done on my manual tranny (1st to 2nd gear synchro and gears) on 6-8-2005 because I had that notorious 1st to 2nd gear crunching. It gradually began coming back recently. I had the tranny fluid changed to Royal Purple. All the other gears shift flawlessly,more smoothly and quietly after the Royal Purple install,but it didn`t help the 1st to 2nd gear like I had hoped. The crunching is now back full force. The mileage on my car was 40k when I had the repair last year. I now have 53K. Shouldn`t the repair have lasted significantly longer??????? What`s everyone`s advice on what move to make. I no longer live in my hometown where I had the original repair done. Do I have any legal rights/warranties on that repair? It was done at a Nissan Dealership. Thanks everyone!
